3 Steps to Manifesting Your Dreams

Growing up I’ve always been a dreamer. I’ve always been someone who would set massive goals for myself, but to the average person, they may have seemed “unrealistic”, “unattainable”, or “impossible”. Well, that worked out ok because I’ve never wanted to be an average person.

I think it’s great to be a dreamer – but dreaming itself can only take you so far. Over the past couple of months I have been doing a lot of studying on mindset and manifestation, and what I’ve learned is that if you want your dream to manifest into your physical life, there are 3 things that you need to do:

1. Take Action.

Taking action is super important – there’s no sitting back and waiting for it to land in your lap. This is a common misconception when it comes to manifesting – although it is true that your continuous thinking about what you desire is important, you have to still be going through daily actions that will help you get there. What I do, is I create a DMO (daily method of operation) – a list of things that I must do every day to keep me moving towards my goal.

2. Visualization

Visualize what you desire coming into your life. You can do this through multiple practices including meditation, journaling, or visualizations. This is something you should be doing daily so that it puts you in the vibration of being where you want to be. I think it’s important to do it at least once a day, but you can choose to go to that place, the place with all your dreams achieved, as many times as you want during the day. Currently, I tend to do it every morning and before I go to bed. But I’m working on being able to see myself in that place all throughout the day.

3. Have Unwavering Belief and Faith that it Will Happen

This step is probably the most important, because what we believe is what we manifest into physical form. If you spend your day thinking about all the things that you don’t want, the things that could go wrong, or all the reasons why your dream can’t be achieved, guess what’s going to happen? But if you spend your days believing and thinking about what you do want and knowing that it’s coming, then it will.

We don’t get to control when or how our goal comes into our life, and instead, we have to let go and trust that it’s coming. As soon as you start to doubt or worry, you put yourself in the wrong space to receive what you want. The way I like to put it is “Set it then forget it.”
